摘要
Copper sulfide nanoparticles surface-capped with self-assembled monolayer of N,N-dioctyldithiocarbamates were prepared in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAE) under different concentrations. The morphology and structure of the resulting copper sulfide nanoparticles were analyzed by XRD, XPS, TEM and FTIR. It was found that CTAB played a critical role in controlling the morphology and radius of the surface-capped copper sulfide nanoparticles during the synthesis process. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V.
