摘要
Grief is universal, everyone, at some point will experience loss, however grief is patterned by culture, varies across countries, gender and time with remarkably different expressions between them. As we live increasingly online lives, new rituals are developed, and traditional funeral and ceremonial practices might be lost to modern technology. In this article, the author reflects on the role of the internet and social media in the evolution of grief and the importance of culture and grief for clinical practice.
