摘要
The angular distribution of W-L-alpha, L-beta 1 and L beta(2) X-rays induced by 13.1 keV bremsstrahlung has been measured at different emission angles from 110 degrees to 140 degrees at intervals of 10 degrees. The investigation of angular dependence of L-beta 1 X-ray intensity ratios by bremsstrahlung is barely found in previous works. The Loi X-ray yield shows isotropic emission, while the measured L-alpha and L-beta 2 X-ray yields are found to be spatially anisotropic. At last, the anisotropy parameters for L-alpha and L-beta 2 X-rays have been derived.
