The Status Quo and Countermeasures of Knowledge Transfer in Chinese Animation Industry Chain

Animation industry is a knowledge intensive creative industry, which contains a lot of business opportunities and value. In recent years, although Chinese government has increased efforts to support and develop the animation industry, outstanding works are still very few. Throughout our animation industry, it has not formed a complete industrial chain, and has the phenomenon of industrial chain rupture in many links. The reason is that animation industry chain enterprises lack of effective cooperation mechanism for knowledge transfer. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge transfer in Chinese animation industry chain, points out the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
