Dual-loop optimization control strategy of battery energy storage based on admittance control

摘要
In view of the frequent power oscillation in power grid, battery energy storage system which can quickly balance active power imbalance is one of the effective schemes to suppress low frequency oscillation in recent years. However, there are few studies on the influence of internal control strategy of energy storage on the suppression of low frequency oscillation. To solve this problem, this paper first analyzes the mechanism of energy storage to suppress low-frequency oscillation, and verifies that the installation of energy storage in the system can quickly suppress low-frequency oscillation. Secondly, according to the principle of control strategy, the energy storage control strategy is modeled in the user-defined module of PSASP, and a dual-loop control system with admittance outer loop control and current inner loop control is established. Finally, the single machine infinite bus system and CEPRI7V7 system arc used for simulation. The results show that the proposed energy storage dual-loop optimization control strategy can effectively suppress power oscillation, make the power grid recover quickly and stably, and ensure the stable operation of the system.
