摘要
This paper compares two different business models for recovering valuable plastics from electronic equipment. Manual plastic sorting is compared to automated plastic sorting. Advantages and disadvantages exist for each. Issues concerning Sourcing, Processing and Sales/Marketing will be discussed, including their effect upon the respective business model.
