摘要
There are many factors influencing the investment environment of real estate. Analyzing influence factors of investment environment of real estate, the paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation model with analytic hierarchical model based on unascertained measure, which is also applied to the comprehensive evaluation of investment environment in real estate and gets reasonable comprehensive evaluation result of it. The method gains the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Finally, example proves that the method is simple, practicality, and scientific. The evidence shows that AHM-Unascertained comprehensive evaluation is an effective environment evaluation method in real estate investment analysis.
