摘要
At present, there are many methods to evaluate the performance of listed company. In most of these methods, one or a number of financial indicators are selected. Although it may be objective and scientific, the fact that different financial indicators are cared by different evaluation subjects may be ignored. In this paper, the evaluation is to be classified according to different purposes by different evaluation subject. Specifically, external evaluation based on the purpose of investment and internal evaluation based on the purpose of management is classified. K-means clustering is used to select evaluation indicators in external evaluation, while system clustering is applied to select evaluation indicators in internal evaluation. Empirical research is conducted on the evaluation of state-owned listed companies in Anhui province of China. Finally, we obtain the evaluation results with different purposes, and some suggestions are given.
