摘要
NMR measurements of F-19 chemical shift anisotropy and H-1-F-19 dipolar couplings provide unprecedented information on the molecular orientations of two fluorine-containing statin drugs within the heterogeneous environment of reconstituted high-density lipoprotein (rHDL) nanoparticles, a drug delivery system under clinical investigation.
