Current-voltage characteristics of TiO2/PPy complex films

摘要
Polypyrrole (PPy) films were prepared at different electropolymerization current densities on titanium dioxide (TiO2) microporous films deposited on indium-tin oxide (ITO) substrates (ITO/TiO2). Current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of ITO/TiO2/PPy/Al microporous diodes were measured, revealing that the current density for electropolymerizing PPy affects not only the conductivity of PPy films but also the rectifying ratios for the ITO/TiO2/PPy/Al diodes. An optimum current density for electropolymerizing PPy films corresponds to a potential close to the oxide potential. (C) 1998 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
