摘要
Two new 3,4-seco-labdane diterpenoids, callicarpaolide (1) and callicarpic acid A (2) were isolated from the leaves of Callicarpa nudiflora. Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectrometry. The absolute configuration of 1 was assigned by the application of the CD technique. Compounds 1 and 2 showed potent inhibitory activity against the production of nitric oxide (NO) in LPS-activated macrophage cell line, RAW 264.7 cells. (C) 2014 Phytochemical Society of Europe.
