Determination of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzo-furans in saled pork by isotope dilution/high resolution gas chromatography/high resolution mass spectrometry

摘要
A sensitive and accurate method has been developed for the determination of seventeen 2, 3, 7, 8-substituted congeners of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs) and dibenzo-furans (Fs) in a commercially available pork sample using isotope dilution high resolution gas chromatography/ high resolution mass spectrometry (HRGC/HRMS). Dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzo-furans were extracted from the sample by Soxhlet extraction, concentrated and purified by column chromatograph. Confirmation and quantitative analysis at pg/g level of PCDD/ Fs was performed by HRGC/HRMS using multiple ion detection mode. Detection limits of the method were evaluated in this study. The recoveries of fifteen isotopically labelled standards were found to be in the range of 68.6% similar to 92. 4.%. The method detection limits for both 2, 3, 7, 8-tetrachloro-dibenzo-furan (TCDF) and 2, 3, 7, 8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) are 0.01 pg/g. The sample was found to contain 0.653 pg/g octachloro-dibenzo-p-dioxin (OCDD) and 0.126 pg/g Octa-chloro-dibenzo-furan (OCDF). The other 2, 3, 7, 8-substituted (PCDDS) and (PCDFs) were not detected, and the total toxicity equivalency factor (TEQ) of the sample was 0.0001 pg/g toxicity equivalence.
