Structural relaxation of the short-range order in amorphous alloys

摘要
On the temperature dependence of dynamic Young's modulus E of amorphous Ti50Cu50-xNix alloys (x = 5, 10, 12, 16, 18, 20) at the temperatures higher than T-x(T-x varies from 440 to 525 K for different compositions) the anomalous increasing of E is revealed. For the higher Ni content in alloy (x > 12%), the small peak is appearing on the infernal-friction temperature dependence. These effects are associated with the structural-transformation processes within the short-range ordered nanosized areas (clusters). To explain the observed elastic and inelastic properties' effects, the model of structure relaxation of the short-range order is proposed.
