摘要
The competition between hospitals is not only reflected in medical service projects, but also in service quality. Improving service quality has become an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of hospitals. A set of feasible improvement scheme was obtained to reform the doctor visiting process by applying business process techniques and methods in hospital. It makes the medical treatment process more scientific and reasonable, and shortens the waiting time of patients'. It can improve the efficiency of clinic work and patient satisfaction, and finally improve the overall competitiveness of the hospital.
