Human resources management is a very important aspect of modern enterprise management. How to effectively develop and manage the human resource of the enterprise is a strategic problem related to the survival and development of small and medium enterprises. At present, the problems and contradiction of small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management are very serious, to effectively solve these problems and contradictions, we must adhere to the people-centered thought, establish a scientific mechanism of employing, design employee occupation career and planning of human resources, optimize the staff recruitment strategy, strengthen the training, create a harmonious enterprise culture.
