摘要
The stability of (C6H5C2H4NH3)(2)Pb(BrxI4-x) mixed crystals was investigated and the degradation process was discussed. A thin film of microcrystalline (RNH3)(2)PbBr4 was more stable than that of (RNH3)(2)PbI4, and the stability of (C6H5C2H4NH3)(2)Pb(BrxI4-x) mixed crystals was improved by the replacement of I with Br. X-ray diffraction and optical absorption measurements suggested that the (RNH3)(2)PbI4 crystal changed to beta-phenethylamine (C6H5C2H4NH2) coordinated PbI2 with the elapse of time. In order to determine the origin of degradation, a light irradiation-induced degradation effect was also studied. The photochemical reaction was one of the possible reasons for degradation.
