摘要
A new method for MIMO adaptive control of biodegradable polymer production by mixed culture is proposed using estimators of substrate production and consumption rates. An optimal tuning procedure for estimators' parameters is applied. The control system consists of two inputs - glucose feed rate and dissolved oxygen and two outputs - glucose and lactate concentrations in the reactor. The simulation results demonstrate a tolerance of the method to uncertainty and to lack of measurements of the main process variables.
