摘要：

On the basis of a simple and general mathematical model, it is shown that available experimental data on photoinduced anisotropy (PA) in chalcogenide glasses, and especially the independence of its saturation value from the intensity of the inducing light, unambiguously prove that the collection of dipoles responsible for the PA is temperature dependent.
