摘要
In this paper, we propose a polar coding scheme for parallel Gaussian channels. The encoder knows the sum capacity of the parallel channels (the capacity of each channel is assumed to he fractional) but does not know the capacity of any channel. By using the nesting property of polar codes, we design a coding/decoding scheme to achieve the sum capacity.
