Design of an interface for multiple access to ⟪coverbal gesture⟫ data bases.

An interface to access <<coverbal gesture>> data bases has been designed by a working group, including the requesting linguist. The set of parameters to be considered was highly complex, due to the large amount of information involved. The corking group came also to the conclusion that is was necessary to introduced a graphist in the project. Data bases of coverbal gestures were created by a linguist. from video records. They needed to be transferred on computer systems to expand their uses beyond the field of linguistics and the purposes of education.
