摘要：

The processes that we observe today in the economic, social, political, and other spheres which take place not only in our country, but in the whole world, have influence on the education system. This article aims to disclose the concept of modern language and educational technologies and consider the critical figure - the teacher's personality. The research method is the analysis and synthesis of the theoretical basis on the issue of language and educational technologies and the role of a teacher in the educational process. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that any language and educational technology that is introduced into the educational process can be integrated precisely through a highly qualified and competent teacher.
