摘要：

Bundling is a new idea brought forth in the strategy for the world heritage declaration because the "Cairns Decision" limits the number of the world heritage declaration for every country and is an important way out of the difficulty in the declaration. This paper analyzes the advantages of world heritage declaration by bundling and proposes the management model and the strategy to bundle the world heritages in China. The paper has important practical and theoretical value in improving the management mechanism of the world heritages.
