摘要：
The virtual enterprise organizes the enterprises that are geographically and organizationally different. Through the effective cooperation among enterprises, the enterprises will fulfill the goal as "win-win". The present study are mainly focused on the virtual enterprise partner selection in the field of virtual enterprise cooperation, and the research of virtual enterprises' cooperative mode is so few. A new cooperation model of virtual enterprise based on principal-agent theory is presented. It analyses the optimal incentive mechanism in virtual enterprise.
