A Cooperative Control Strategy against Cyber-attacks for Power System with High Penetration Wind Farm

摘要
High-proportion renewable energy and cyber-attacks bring multiple uncertainties into the modern power system. Both the uncertainties and load disturbance can cause a frequency fluctuation. To deal with this problem, a frequency cooperative control strategy is proposed in this paper. The proposed cooperative control scheme consists of a PI controller for thermal generators and a PID compensation controller for wind farms. The parameters of the proposed controllers are calculated by the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. The comparison simulation on the power system with wind farms and cyber-attacks illustrates that the proposed controller can effectively decrease the frequency oscillation.
