摘要
Lately, health IoT systems have proven their effectiveness and impact in insuring the best medical treatment and decision. They greatly enhance the quality of care by providing regular monitoring patients as well as reducing the cost of care. They allow the patient to actively engage in health data collection and analysis while minimizing integration issues when data are heterogeneously served by a remote device. Still, data privacy, security and identification management are standing concerns in healthcare IoT. This is particularly the case when data resides in third party storage. In addition, ensuring user authentication in such a distributed and decentralized healthcare domain is very crucial. In this paper, we are suggesting a system architecture in an attempt to propose a holistic solution to patient data protection in IoT enabled chronic diseases monitoring. Attention is given to data security, privacy, availability, resource utilization, identity management and authentication.
