With the development of economic globalization, transnational operation has become one of the most important strategies. However, the cultural diversity, which is necessarily in existence among different countries, nationalities and areas, will give a great influence on transnational operation. Nowadays cross-cultural management has become an urgent study task for companies' international operation. This article firstly shows the necessary tendency from single-culture to cross-culture in corporations. Based on this, it gives an analysis about cultural diversity and its bad influences. Meanwhile it expresses our own ideas about what the cross-cultural management consists of and its process, how to cultivate talented people for cross-cultural communication and how to apply the particular patterns in cross-cultural management.
