摘要
Achieving survey readiness as 1 provider with 5 hospitals was a daunting task. By achieving this objective within the 5-month time frame of the Quality Work Out, the BHS did more than get ready for a survey. The BHS learned! The real objective of every hospital, large or small, is to stay Bready[ to provide a high-quality healthcare experience for every patient. The leadership team, along with the members of the PCT, identified the factors that contributed to their success. By incorporating these lessons into the ongoing quality improvement processes at BHS, a state of continual readiness will be maintained.
