摘要
Intensive Reading is a comprehensive course for college students. In this course, the teacher can adopt the four-procedure frame and introduce the culture related to vocabulary, text and communicative environment to the context. Teachers should follow the principles of adaptability, appropriateness, systematization and compatible mother tongue culture with target language culture. The contents of cultural introduction can improve the students' intercultural competence and deepen teachers' cultural understanding to foreign language teaching.
