摘要：
A new method for time prediction of slope failure was proposed based on the plastic deformation power and creep rupture in company with the basic principle of slope failure in this paper,which was presented for the three key problems on time prediction of slope failure,such as,the phases of slope deformation,the whole state of slope deformation, and the time of slope failure. The method had been successfully used to predict the failure time for three slopes in advance.
