摘要
This paper aims to present a method for identifying and characterizing technologies in finished woven fabric production that can improve energy efficiency and minimize emission of pollutants. Such process needs saturated steam in amount of d(S)=8,75 kg(S)/kg(P), electrical energy e=0,4845 kWh/kg(P) and cold water d(CW)=106,82 kg(W)/kg(P). For the time being the process great quantity of condensate (t(C)=82,2degreesC) as well as flue gases (t(FG)=232degreesC) are rejected to the surrounding. If condensate in amount of d(C)=6,06 kg(C)/kg(P) is returned to the boiler and used for boiler water preheating, 6,4 % natural gas will be saved and the volume of flue gases decreases from 11,842 m(FG)(3)/kg(P) to 11,089 m(FG)(3)/kg(P). The applying of economizer for feed water preheating with heat contained in the flue gases reduces natural gas consumption by 12,7% and also stack exhaust temperature diminished from 232degreesC to 56degreesC. The estimated potential energy savings during application of this technology results with totals 4123 kJ(F)/kg(P).
