摘要
Multiple plasmon-modes-induced-transparency mimicking the optical quantum interference between the pathways in a three state atom system is successfully observed in our graphene-based waveguide system. By introducing two graphene coated nanowires with different Fermi energy levels to either side of a bus graphene waveguide, several transmission peaks belonging to different modes are generated within the corresponding absorption windows. We investigate different plasmon mode patterns and illustrate the dependency between the structural parameters and the spectral response. By applying various Fermi energy levels, the resonant wavelength and the transparency window shape are therefore dynamically tunable. Meanwhile, the slow light effect is accompanied with the highest group index of over 2.8e7. The proposed device may seek views for new integrated nanocircuits, optical sensors or light storage field.
