Creep of irradiated metals as a function of the rate of displacement formation

摘要
The dependence of the irradiation creep rate on the intensity of point-defect generation in a sample and its temperature was theoretically obtained within the model of dislocation slip controlled by climb. The competitive effects of radiation and thermal creep and the entrapping of point defects by gliding dislocations were taken into account. Some parameters of the model were estimated from a comparison of the experimental and theoretical data.
