摘要:
Heart Rate Variability(HRV) on Holter Mornitoring is a non-invasive measure of cardiac autonomic function. HRV is significatly reduced in patients with left hypertrophy secondary to essential hypertention. A continuous inverse relation exists between HRV and LVM,LVMI,LAI. Impaired cardiac autonomic function in left ventricular hypertrophy may contribute to the mechanism of sudden death.
