摘要
A new type of magnetorheological fluid coupling is designed with permanent magnet as magnetic source. Firstly, the structure scheme of the coupling is put forward, and the working principle and process of the coupling are discussed. Secondly, the electromagnetic characteristics of the coupling are analyzed by using ANSYS. Finally, a calculation method of the transmission torque of the coupling under eccentricity is proposed, and the ultimate transmission torque of the coupling under eccentricity is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for the parameter design of the same kind of product.
