Proposal of Actions for the Tourist Management of the Cultural Heritage of the University of Havana: Necessary and Viable

The article reflects on the potential of the University of Havana and its cultural heritage, to show through a tourism management program, the value that this heritage has in terms of its local development. Tourism is also highlighted as an important instrument for development. It also socializes about the shortcomings of the practice that is currently carried out. Reflect on how patrimonial tourism management is a process that, from its systemic, interdisciplinary and contextualized nature, seeks to contribute to the recognition and safeguarding of heritage and social development. It is also proposed a plan of actions with which it will be able to publicize the values of the university cultural heritage.
