摘要
This article presents the impact of heat and mass transfer on an unsteady conducting upper convected Maxwell fluid (UCM) flow over a stretching surface with porous medium and higher-order chemical reaction. The similarity transformation is used to transform the basic nonlinear partial differential equations and corresponding boundary conditions into a boundary value problem. The results of the study are illustrated with the help of the shooting technique. The variations of velocity, temperature, and concentration profiles are explained through graphs for different values of flow parameters. The tabular values are presented for the study of the physical quantities such as skin friction, Nusselt number, and Sherwood number. We identified the high velocity for large values of thermal and solutal Grashof numbers. There is a significant difference in temperature due to the radiation parameter. Also, it is noticed that the growth in the chemical reaction parameter reduces the concentration field. Further, the present results are validated with the existing results in the literature.
