摘要：

The paper is devoted to the problem of the design and practical use of the foundations composed by soft saturated sea silts and dust-like sands. The ports are constructed under such conditions in the littoral zone of the Sea of Azov. The use of the silts and sands being developed at the site as the aggregates for the cast-in-place cement soil blankets of the port constructions helps to solve a number of ecological problems connected with the utilization of the contaminated soils when enlarging and deepening the water area.
