摘要：
Two software programs have been written for optimization of the mobile phase used for separation of aflatoxins on silica gel 60 plates. The optimum mobile-phase composition was chloroform-acetone, 92 + 8 (v/v). This mixture was used experimentally and the results obtained for aflatoxins B-1, B-2, G(1), and G(2) were very good.
