摘要：
A case of Arnold-Chiari-like malformation in a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel displaying seizure activity is described. The dog was presented because of recent onset of seizures. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed occipital bone hypoplasia and slight herniation of the cerebellum through the foramen magnum.
