摘要：
SMEs play a significant role in the economy in China, but they are being faced with unprecedented predicament in current financial crisis. To break through the predicament not only calls for improvement of external survival environment in SMEs, but also desiderates for intensification of their own competitive power. Starting from a strategic perspective, the author of this article is going to study the foundation on which strategic alliance is carried out in SMEs in the crisis, so as to attempt to offer a new strategic idea for SMEs to enhance their competitive force and to go out of the crisis.
