摘要
This paper aims to investigate the relations between modern lifestyle and mental health of Uyghur College Students. 1,200 Uyghur students have been chosen randomly from 10 universities in Xinjiang. Methods like literature material, questionnaires of self-evaluation sheet about lifestyle and SCL-90 scale and mathematical statistics have been adopted to carry out the research about the relations between lifestyle and mental health level of Uyghur College students. Results show that there is a moderate positive correlation between lifestyle and mental health level of College students; attitude towards life, living habit, stress relief, nutritious food and physical exercises in lifestyle have a remarkable influence on mental health; a significant gender difference exists about lifestyle's influence on mental health in regression coefficient, and lifestyle have a bigger influence on girls' mental health than on boys' mental health. Studies of lifestyle's effect on mental health are suggested to be highlighted and lifestyle shall be used as an important index to predict mental health level of college students.
