摘要
Offers basic methodological approaches to the creation of new platform solutions to create a secure automated systems. The common application of the methodology is determined by the results of analysis, generalization and systematization of the basic and functional requirements of modern it solutions. The methodology reflects the design features of hardware and software solutions based on modern approaches of computer and software engineering in terms of universality of open source code development with the existence of partially ready-to-implement developments.
