This year's Annual European Congress of Rheumatology, an annual conference organized by the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR), took place in Paris, France. A new record of over 4,000 abstracts were submitted this year, and with at least 73,000 participants expected to attend from around the world, the congress has become a major event in the field of rheurnatology. The oral sessions, poster displays and lectures, presented by over 500 experts, cover wide range of topics, including the latest understanding of disease processes and recent advances in diagnosis and patient care.
