摘要：

Zoeal stages of Pachygrapsus marmoratus were obtained from laboratory culture. The time of development from hatching to the sixth and terminal zoeal stage took 31 days at 25 +/- 1 degreesC. As there are already accounts of the first two stages, this study only describes and illustrates zoeas three to six. Zoeal characters are compared with those in other descriptions of Pachygrapsus larvae and with undetermined zoeas of Grapsidae s. str. collected from the Atlantic plankton.
