Syntheses, Crystal Structures, and Fluorescent Properties of Three Complexes Based on 1-((Benzotriazol-1-yl)methyl)-1-H-1,3-imdazole

摘要
Three new complexes formulated as [Zn(bmi)2Cl2] (1), [Zn(bmi)2(N3)2](2), and [Hg(bmi)Cl2]2 (3) (bmi = 1-((benzotriazol-1-yl)methyl)-1-H-1,3-imdazole) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 1 and 2 show mononuclear structures, and complex 3 exhibits binuclear structure. In the solid state, they all possess a three-dimensional network formed by hydrogen bonds and - interactions. Their fluorescent properties have also been determined.
