摘要
The effect of dust particles on electric contacts and a hazardous size of range of hard dust particles using a rigid model were discussed before. As a further research, elastic-plastic model of finite element analysis is established in this paper. It is more close to real condition. In this paper, the behavior of the both large size and small-size particles were investigated. The calculating result of small-particles presents a general hazardous size coefficient for different contact surface morphology, for the large-size particles, it presents a hazardous size for complicated composition of the dust. And, effect of the dust shape is also discussed.
