摘要
The number of supporters of complete arch replacement in the surgery of acute type A aortic dissection has been steadily increasing as a result of cerebral perfusion techniques that enable the extension of safe circulatory arrest time. However, there is no agreement in the surgical community on an optimal surgical approach, especially the distal extension of aortic repair. For a meta-analysis, dividing the patients into various subgroups according to the extent of dissection would be necessary. Until now, such classifications have not taken hold, although they are recommended. This article presents the authors' experiences during their uniform procedures in diagnostics and surgical strategy.
