摘要
Education and economic development have always been inextricably linked. The level of education determines the future of a country and nation, and it is also the most important cause of a country and nation. However, in recent years, the problem of uneven economic development and education development has become more and more serious. Based on the DEA-Malmquist model, this paper selects 41 universities in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen to conduct static and dynamic analysis of the scientific research performance of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen universities from 2013 to 2017. The research results show that the overall scientific research performance of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen universities is showing a downward trend. The high economy cannot cover up the problems in the process of education development.
