摘要
This paper introduced a circular polarized antenna based on multi-layer LTCC with high gain and broadband characters. Simulated via multi-layered LTCC material, and according to the theory of substrate-integrated waveguide (51W) cavity as well as gap radiation coupling, a homologous feed power divider is realized by two strip line dividers with a 90-degree difference in their electrical length, which finally leads to a broadband antenna with circular polarization. The antenna is small in size with 4.8x4.8 mm for each unit, and its relative bandwidth is 22% in 20 similar to 25G-Hz when Sll is smaller than 10dB. To improve the antenna gain, a double-layer dielectric resonator is invited in the design without changing the polarization format of the antenna.
