摘要
Three unique metabolites, namely, phomopsis-H76 A (1), B (2), and C (3), were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Phomopsis sp. (#zsu-H76). Structures were determined by spectroscopic methods, mainly 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. Compound 1-3 are all dimers. Compounds 2 and 3 possesses a pyrano[4,3-b]pyran-5(2H)-one ring system that is unprecedented in nature. Primary bioassays showed that 1 accelerated the growth of subintestinal vessel plexus (SIV) branch markedly, whereas 3 showed inhibition of Sly. Compounds 1-3 showed no activity in antibacterial and cytotoxic tests.
